Maintenance customized for your commercial equipment
Maintenance Contracts offer yearly, semi-annually, and quarterly inspections. Any repairs found during inspections will be written on a “QUOTE” form and submitted to client for approval.

Quarterly Inspection:
- Replace all air filters with standard efficiency pleated type.
- Inspect contactors, circuit boards, switching relays, crank case heaters, capacitors.
- Inspect and adjust all belts, sheaves and pulleys as required.
- Check all safety controls to ensure proper operation
- Inspect and adjust programmable and/or mechanical thermostats.
Semi-annual Inspection:
- Inspect cooling operation and check for refrigerant leaks.
- Check operation of un-loaders.
- Test economizer operation.
- Inspect gas heating operation.
- Inspect and brush clean condenser and evaporator coils.
Annual Inspection:
- Check refrigerant operating pressures.
- Confirm proper operation of heat pump defrost controls.
- Check operation of fan cycling controls.
- Inspect heat exchangers and burners for cracks or other hazards.
- Tighten electrical connections on HVAC equipment.
